Couldn't even went w jo they all to bugis restaurant for lunch. cos its considered quite far for mi. i couldn't risk cos wad if my foot swells agn? Haiz... n my joint n muscle pains is getting abit bit beta.But still i cant squat bcos of my knees. *sob sob* gg back to chinese buddhist clinic tis sat agn to "beg" for more med agn (even tho its reali reali bitter >.<)

Dr day agn....

Today wake up damn early at 6am to go to c e Dr. Thot of gg for e x-ray check-up lk e previous Dr suggested. But tis handsome, polite Eurasian Dr said its not necessary since e swelling alr went off. But my joint n muscle pains r still dere. I shld hab e x-ray to c if there’s any wrong w my joints inside? But I discovered tt everytym I told e Dr I had tis joint n muscle pains, they don reali tak note of tt. o.O So he suggested mi to go for an urine n blood test. Had a long queue for e blood test. MAN! How thick can e needle get? Frankly I dare not c, n juz fil ok enuf to fil e pain. E result was, my urine test was normal n my blood pressure test was ok, oni hab to w8 for them to inform me of my blood test (test for kidney or sth, tts wad e Dr said). So he said I was normal enuf, n he’ll not prescribed mi any med. Shldn’t he at least prescribe mi w some painkillers? If nt for e med, I’ll nt waste mani juz to go for consultation oni. But tis Dr luks so kind n friendly tt I dint object to his decision. He’s e Dr, not mi so wad can I do? Oh ya, e dr saw e skin allergy on my knee when I told him I had joint pain on my knee area. Act his 1st reaction was wad happened n I told him “plaster allergy”. Haha… But e dr dint prescribed any med or cream for mi. ermm dint had sch today, but tis hs Dr gave mi an mc w/o askin, e previous tym I go, my foot swell lk trotters, so I asked for mc, n e Dr reply was, e most can oni 2 days. Its lk asking him to gif mi mc will want his life lk tt…
So its act normal tt my foot swells if I walk too much? (tts wad e dr said) But tt don happen to mi in e past, I could even hab long sport n netball hrs in a single day. So tt worries mi a lot. But e Dr said its normal, but tt does not seem normal for a young teenage gal, when its lk it lasted for bout a few mths n here I m, still not recovered. Shld I go to another Dr agn for e x-ray thingy? But wld he say e same thing agn? I tink I shall rely on e Chinese med for e time being. But I scare e Chinese Dr don1 gif mi med yet he wanted to c e blood test result 1st. so now e result is not out yet, he might not want to gif mi, cos e main root of e prob is not known yet. N summo tt day I wanna tak 8 days med, he oni allowed mi 4, he said go c western Dr agn, go for x-ray n blood test 1st b4 u come back agn. Hais… Its lk nobody’s confident of treating mi well…
(came across a newspaper ad ytd durin dinner, it was a ad bout a Chinese herbal med. It started sth lk tt: “Do u fil stiff? Do u have unbearable pains in ur joints or have u ever experience difficulty in handling even simple task such as standing up fr a chair? Now wif…(med name), u can end all these misery. This 100% herbal med can cure joints inflammation, blah blah blah…..” Im reali suspecting I have tis joint inflammation… cos e symptoms luk so much alike which I had experience.)

Snowing in other countries...

Joe tang ge sent mi some photos taken in UK. Its snowing now in UK. Wad fun…C tt snowman he did? Not bad, cute sia. Haha… Dint realize UK has tis kind of so Chinese luk de restaurant. N they have tis bar café at e side, which I tink sg don hab tis yet, wif e combination of a restaurant n a bar. I tot he was wkin in those kind of French restaurant, turns out its so Chinese, haha. Maybe it is due to e Chinese new yr occasion a few mths back. Anw, its juz so difficult to mit him online. He online at 12am (UK tym), which means I have to wake up at 7am juz to chat wif him? Its kinda difficult for mi to wait up tt early. LOL. Mb 1 day we shall mit, hu knws?? But not today…

Ermm went to collect my cheque at this fashion. gif mi 1 miss call i dint listened n she called my mum on e hp. siao... so its actually mommy tt reminded mi to collect it. KAO!!! reali cut my 3 days pay leh, act could have earned 300 plus now oni bout 200 plus abit bit oni. How heartless can they gt. but i cant complained at e MOM leh, cos they said if they asked mi not to wk but if i don agree i must go back to serve e 3 days even tho they asked mi not to. but anw, this is what e MOM staff told mi:
"On the other hand, by mutual agreement between the employee and the employer, the notice period could be waived. That being the case, the employee would only be paid up to his actual last day of work and there is no deduction for the short-notice. In the situation highlighted, if you do not agree to the early release, you are advised to inform your employer immediately of your objections stating that you are prepared to serve the full notice."

But i dint. cos i haven recovered, wif no medical fee pay included, i don1 2 risk my life, heehee. so they Bullied mi. If they have e heart, actually the notice period could be waived. so... Haiz...suan wo dao mei, to have wk dere. No choice... =(

Ytd was my bday n coincidently we had our TEP orientation on tt day. I was sick n I told myself I shan’t have a happy bday tis yr, cos I don reali hab e mood when im in tis stage alr. But it turns out it was a reali meaningful 1. Sarah, Shin n YL bot mi tis necklace, usually i have tis sensitive skin, n I tink they spent quite a lot on tis gift, thx so much gals, I reali appreciate ur thotfulness, n im reali reali touched, serious… LOL. N deary bro bot mi a pair of earnings. Frankly I was reali surprised, I reali cant imagine my bro buyin girly stuff, haha. Cos he usually wont, bcos of embarrassment or sth. So tis tym round he reali surprised n touched mi too. Thx bro =) N wif both e necklace n earnings, its 绝配, n im tinkin of wearing them for tang ge’s wedding in may! N bro oso bot a cake for mi, but I was too full n too tired to eat it ytd.

Reali surprised oso when frens fr class wished mi happy bday n actually they dint even knw it was my bday on tt day. N it was actually david who spread e news ard, haha. Thx david! It was reali surprising when a bunch of guys came towards mi n ingnatius was e 1st to held out his hand n I was lk… r they wishing mi happy bday? But hw did they knw? Aft orientation ends at 11am, I decided to go back this fashion to return my locker key. On my way, I actually saw yuting! I tot I saw her walk towards YCK mrt stn le? Ermm…den turns out tt I mit her at This fashion. Cos she was waiting for her fren. Den she was lookin at a skirt n it was 20 plus, even wif my 10% discount, it is still v ex, so in e end dint buy. Saw xiao juan, but im nt v sure if its her anot, take a closer look n called out “xiao juan” n she turned 2wards mi. OM… reali its her! Had tis punky hairstyle, lol. Abit lk those clown de wig, but its in black color la. hee… sorry, carried it too far le, but it sure luks funny.

Ermm… den we walk to amk hub n anyhow walk awhile cos “uncle Andrew” dint return my msg. Finally they called mi aft tt. Siao… gt to go to boon lay to mit them. So it actually took mi an hr to reach dere. It was a long trip by train. Den I had to w8 for them at e interchange. Aft tt “uncle” went to buy some stuffs at e NTUC. To prepare some more dishes la. so when we reached home its bout 2.30 le, n pei was saying we were be having high tea instead. LOL. N he had prepared sharkfin porridge, abalone dish, pork dish n soup. But I dint drink e soup, cos I was too full, fil a little bad bout it =( Esp when pei said e soup was v nice, haha. Had my dessert ice cream cake too, v nice. Actually I was not supposed to eat cold stuff, heehee. Was reali tired n kp watchin tv. Den pei was too tired n cant stand it n she went to rest.

At bout 5 plus I decided to leave le, cos e journey home will tak quite long, fr jurong west to amk. So I went to w8 for e bus to boon lay interchange, den aft tt took e train hm. Peak hr, OM… full of ppl. A train terminated at Yew Tee, n some ppl duno n went to board it. At yew tee stn, too many ppl cant board e train, den I heard a guy said, I tot yew tee stn v little ppl de ma. Cos every1 had to alight at yew tee since e train terminated. Luckily I listened to e announcement n dint board it, or else I would have to miss e train le. Had been standing throughout, n my legs started to cant take it le. Bro told mi aft tt, i should have hang a board on my neck n write” 我有关节炎, 请让位.” Haha. Finally reached amk stn, I had to walk a big round to gt to e other side to use e escalator. Cos every1 is squeezing to take e stairs. The shoes were killing mi, cos e tip were to narrow n kp squeezing my feet. Aft tt went to amk hub to w8 for bus. U’ll nv believe it, my kneecap was too painful, mb due to long hrs of standing n walking, I had to hop down e bus. Ppl at e bus stop were lk staring at mi as if im some monster, lol. Summo e bus stop is located near e coffeeshop, I oso duno gt ppl at e coffeeshop saw tis scene anot. Haha. Den gt a few old uncle walked past mi n I realized I walked even slower than them, n they were lk looking at mi too, mb they were thinking hw come a young person walked slower than them. Hais… I hope b4 e stopover I can recover cos if not hw can I survive e 9am-5.30pm timing?? Reached hm at 7 plus aft I collected my contact lenses at eye n i. e boss dint gif mi discount, still 45 bucks per box, so I spent 90 for 2 boxes. Shld hab told mi its my bday n mb he’ll gif mi discount. But act he sell quite cheap le, cos other shop I tink 60 each for acuvue define. 90?? Actually v ex, if u wear everyday u can oni wear it for a mth. But luckily it’s a bday gift fr 姨妈, cos she said u want den buy wad, n im quite bad, actually spent so much mani. She juz gif mi e cash, if she actually ask mi wad I bot for e bday, n if I said 90 bucks for contact lenses, I oso duno hw she’ll react. Lol. But I tink she wont reali mind but mb will juz say so ex ar, mb bcos she dotes on mi too much le.^^ Hmm… must be reali filial to her nx tym.

Dint have a gd nite sleep since I have tis joint pains. Ermm… but bro was pretty thotful n he let mi sleep on his bed while he took mine on e floor (those low level bed). Cos if I sleep on e low lvl, its v diff for mi to stand, cos I’ll need lots of strength to stand up n tis will worsens n cause much more pains to my joints. So tis bro might be naughty at times, but I must say he’s a very thoughtful guy =)

Sat nite.. was the day we went back to msia to sao mu. B4 tt, mum brot me downstairs to d “tua li ah pek” (god) to ask wad happened to me, cos its lk tt tym its oni my foot n hand swell, now its d whole body suan tong. It was quite a long w8. fr 9pm, we w8 till lk bout 10 plus ( its when mommy told them we gan shi jian, so they arranged abit earlier 4 us), we went in n I was arranged to mit d 2nd “li ah pek” (the black 1). He started asking wad is e prob. I duno but all e “gods” dere were lk speaking hokkien de, duno y. But they hab tis translator at e side n someone to help them fan the wind. But its act ok la, cos we r hokkien religion so communication was not a prob. He started asking whr I lived, my zodiac n he has tis abacus to calculate wad he wanna knw. I started saying bout my body condition, den he gave me some amulets to drink, n a “stamp” at e side. Den mom asked bout we’ll be going to e graveyard to sao mu, will it be ok. N he gave us another amulet to drink aft we came back fr e place.

Den aft some amulets given, he referred mi to e 3rd one, which is a female de. (she specalises in tui na) den I went n sit dwn, e 1st thing is she scolded me, even tho her 1st wrd was, I’m a v gd gal. (diao…). She scolded said my nutrition not enuf, 3 meals not 定时, n my 胃病is coming soon. I knw my 胃was not tt gd, but I dint realized its starting to gt serious le. Den it was e胃which leads to e pain thru out my body, serious rite? N she was using her “fan” to hit mi. Not oni mi, others ard were quite stunned cos her 1st hit was alr on my head, hees… den my hands n body… it was lk said trying to gt rid of e heat inside mi, cos I have tis “风热” inside. Haiz… Gt a gd hit le, aft tt she tui my both legs, she reali gt e strength, beat le so pain, nw tui na oso v pain. N they gt tis hot black bean bag to rub against my legs, its those burning hot de!!!

Had been drinking e amulets tis few days, 2 per day leh. Den I gt tis sore throat oso, swallow saliva oso pain leh. Anw, e whole body is in trouble. I dun even knw when e sch reopens, will I recover fr tis??? Hope so, cos its reali torturing =(

Sat nite at bout 12 plus (shld be considered sun le bah, cos its over midnite alr), uncle came to fetch us. It was reali maddening when the checkpt still had tis jam even when its alr so late. Tis tym round, its reali troublesome cos they have tis fingerprint scanning. Its difficult to scan when u r sitting in e car. Reached msia ah ma hse alr 3am plus, I was even too tired to do anyth, jus wenr to e rm n slep. It was quite bad when XY n TT were dere waiting for us n I went to slep jus lk tt. Mb sleep is juz 2 impt 4 me… =b nx morn, 7 plus had to wake up. Those sleeping earlier than us de were still sleeping. I oni had tis uncomfortable 4 hrs slep. Uncle den drove us out to have wantan mee. Aft tt, went to da bo mu hse take stuffs n went straight to e graveyard to sao mu. JAM agn!!! Duno y go any way oso jam de. But uncle took another route, don1 lk them stup stup stuck dere n w8. many ppl were alr dere sao mu when we reached at 8 plus in e morn. We started clearing e weeds for tai gong’s grave ( but I dint, I sat aside, cos even e climbing up costs mi so much pain le, it was quite high n e rd was lk there is no rd no way up, jus graves everywhr, juz hab to pass thru many graves, jus careful nt to step onto their offerings n graves. Den e others reaching in a short while n we ctd. Those paintings on e grave stones n we kids were spreaing e colorful pp onto e grave, I tink it is to symbolize we had been here b4 to sao mu, cos some other graves oso had tis, some don hab means tt nobody came to sao e graves. Den we still hab to find stones n rocks to 压住 e pp, or else they’ll fly away when e wind came. But abit lazy n diff to find la, so some we used e 泥土. TT was dere kp saying gt leng zai! Hais.. I cant stand it, u gg wk n sao mu or u gg dere juz to kp a luk out for leng zai… summo u oso duno them, hees… daydreaming gal…

At 1st I oni tot we gt 3 graves to sao (tai gong, tai ma n ah gong), BUT no!!! 7 graves all tgt leh, at 3 different places! At e 3rd grave (ah gong’s one), I was lk don hab e mood to do anyth le. My whole body was aching n I juz stood at e side watching them doing. The 4th n 5th one we took a long tym to find e graves, cos they don hab e pix n it was quite small. These 4th n 5th were e graves of ah gong’s bro. tis tym I dint do anyth, cos it was alr scorching hot at 10 plus in e morn. Mom kena sunburnt n she sat at e side oso. Oni bro was helping out to burn e offerings, usually he was a lazy boy, but he did a lot of wk on tt day, I cant deny he’s reali did a lot n hlp out a lot. Cos at e 6th n 7th graves, we kids were sitting at e side, on another grave, IMAGINE!!! N bro was still dere helping out. Act e grave uncle said alr demolished, I duno la. but we indeed sat on it. N when we were leaving, a uncle (sao another grave de stranger) started saying us “other ppl de grave u all oso dare to sit on it ar?” I mean if he tinks its wrong, when we 1st sit, he oso dint say anyth, we sit until want to leave le, den he said, wad 4??? Den TT said, uncle (ours) oso clear n throw all e rubbish on e grave wad. But im oso nt sure if even e grave is demolished we can do tis not, cos mb their spirit is still ard… who knws…

The last 2 graves, e 6th n 7th one is ah qiang’s bro de da ma. I dint c b4 oso. Den the last is last away de uncle, I dint c b4, so I went to e grave n hab a luk at e pix. Den my xiao shu said, u cant sai tai yang still come out here. Ermm… I wan c my passed away uncle’s pix mah. Dint c b4… so I went sit under e tree. Den xiao di shu shu drove his car dere n all e kids went up to enjoy e aircon. I dint wan go up when they asked mi cos I tot shld be gg off soon le, but no, took v long oso haven go yet. So I went up dere n sit. Aft awhile, they said nid to pray so we went to pray. Finally everyth’s over, me, dad n mom took xiao di shu shu car tis tym round cos theirs r family car, can sit mre ppl. Bro wan folo 4th uncle’s car, so let him lor. So we went hm 1st, every1 rushing 4 e toilets to bath. In e end, im oways is e near to e last to bath. Cos XY their family oways will 1 bath 1st n den aft tt they can go da bo mu hse eat lunch le. So left us la… aft shu shu they all finish bathing, we go da bo mu hse eat lor, reached dere alr 2 plus le. I was lk 2 hungry to eat anyth, I tink my 胃 gt sth wrong agn. Den at bout 5 plus lk tt, JH’s parents bot waffles wif fillings for them, I tink got 6 lk tt, cos gt 3 packets. Den JH oso dint ask ppl wan not, I duno rich ppl so stingy de meh? Den his sis took 1, TT took 1, xiao gu took 2, cos she 1, her daughter 1, so I tink JH took 2 bah. Act I was hungry lk shit but they don1 ask mi, I oso don1 le, summon I cant eat fried de, hee… so my 胃 I tink too hungry den abit pain le, so I asked mommy to make milo for mi.

went to wai po hse at bout 8pm, when the others went for dinner. Asiam fish agn!!! My fav, but I cant eat sour stuff so in e end I dint go cos I cant even eat, so went to wai po hse, mom went to cook instant noodles for us. But I cant eat much cos I was feeling uncomfortable, n e rest I gave bro, act he oso cant finish le, he ate a lot. Den aft eating, they all went off, left mi wash. 7th aunt saw n said leave it, ltr she washed, cos I tink mom gt tell her my health condition.

Yeah, my cat ah boy has his own family le. But e wife was reali fierce cos she juz had her babies, I cant even c e babies yet. Cos if I go into tt rm, sure kena attacked de. So long le, ah boy still recognized me… ermm… getting bigger n bigger le, duno isit kp eating 2 much le.

Dint tok much to SY, cos her bf ard, don1 to disturb them. So tok to SQ n ah gal they all 4 awhile. At 10 plus, 4th uncle’s car came n we leaving la. b4 tt, uncle went to tai sing provision shop to buy sth. Waseh saw a leng zai wking dere. N stup mi, kp lukin in when indeed im staying in e car, n I tink he noticed n kp lookin out too, haha. mb he tot I knw him?? But I don, haha… hey gal, u duno hw to ps de ar??? so ya, coming back to sg le. Been reali tired n slep on e car. Went back hm in sg its alr 1am plus n was still too tired to do anyth n went straight to bed aft tt.

Had been a gd experience for mi, knw tt sao mu is indeed TIRING!!! When u had 7 at 1 go. Dint reali dare to go back agn nx yr. cos I dint do much oso. Anw, it left mi a deep impression n it was e 1st tym I realized wad ppl do on qing ming jie =)
