BACKSTABBER(s) SUX!!!

I dint realize how scary a backstabber can get until I met one. I have always thot tt if u dint offend a particular person, nobody wld offend u or rather backstab u. BUT I’m definitely WRONG!!! Cos there r ppl hu r reali v 卑鄙.
They wan to step onto ur tail even tho u dint do or say anyth bad bout them. Mb 吃饱太空闲.

When I first took up a job at a particular country club, its lk ppl will tink COOL. Shit la, as if tts reali true… Cos it’s definitely nt fun n cool. On e whole, its nt a good wking environment, u have to do a lot BUT u cant learn much.
Wads e worst is that, some colleagues might “LUK DWN” on u, as tho STUDENTS shldn’t be offered a job there. N now I understand y there were oni 2 students (mi + yp) wking there. If they wanna hire more students, I doubt any1 will want to wk dere. STUDENTS r oso human, they oso have feelings, I doubt they will even 1 2 stay aft feeling being “humiliated” (except for one, definitely NOT mi). The worst part is tt u r being backstabbed n u dint realize abt it until news spread ard n u were told by 1 of colleague aka fren, however things turns out to be too late.

I don1 to say which country club is it, cos I knw reputation is v important to them. However I oso don wish 4 ppl to kp guessing which is tt club even tho I knw some of my frenz wld knw which club is it. On e 1st day when I stepped into dere, I experienced n knew tt life was going to be HARD for me…

Customers gg there r mostly reali rich ppl. Attitude? I can understand tt.
There was an experience tt left me a DEEP impression. It was e dec period, a mth where the Ang Mos wld celebrate xmas. There was tis big gp of them, both adults n children, some may be so small as 3, 4 yo. Guess wad, they r damn swt. Polite was another word to describe them. I have often wondered y wealthy sporeans behaved differently fr them. Maybe bcos of culture, or perhaps religions? But I don tink tt’s a reali good excuse. If ppl can do it, y cant u? But… Maybe… if im as wealthy as any 1 of them, my mindset MIGHT change, who knows. But the feeling of being appreciated n respected not oni feel gd, but oso reflects e characteristic of the someone who treated u this way.

Reali cant imagine myself being bossed ard by many different ppl. Hw hard it was to cope… Btw, im a really gd tempered person, or if I thot myself to be. So being treated this way, I have been bearing wif it, but every1 has his or her limit, n im 1 of them.
POOR MANAGEMENT was the word for it. Learnt POM this sem. I’ve seen tt their unity of command n span of control r 一团糟!!! Dint specifies hu u report to, n ppl have been asking u to hlp them w this n tt. Mind u, 1 ppl oni has 1 pair of hands n 1 pair of legs! Wad they expect? Am I a wonder woman? My ans is “NO”!!! Don ever think or treat me as 1. n DON ever think tt students as part-timers r easy to bully. I have been showing kindness by going back to hlp out when they SERIOUSLY need ppl, but all they do is COMPLAIN tt u r SLOW, or rather ask u to GO OFF when they feel tt it shldn’t be much of a prob for them to handle. If tts wad they have expected, y waste my tym by asking me to report for wk. wan us den ask us go, don nid u SHIT oso don care u ar. NO basic manners or respects shown!!! Isn’t it v UNREASONABLE?
Have u ever seen a manager being COMMANDED by his employee? If command is not e word to use, how abt “CONTROL”? I can’t imagine a manager listen to his employee n do what she said. So e title “MANAGER” is one wif no AUTHORITY? An employee who is said to come to wk but in other sense is to come to wk just to seduce guys (our lao-da chef) even tho she is married wif a family? Isn’t it already a very shameful act? I just can’t stand seeing her walking ard acting as e lady-boss to be, commanding n backstabbing any1 whom she THINKS deemed to be criticized. If she dint offended me in e 1st place, I might not really feel lk to say her. Wad for POLLUTE my mouth? But since I knw she’s 1 who lk to offend ppl even tho ppl do not offend her, wad 4 gif her face. 反正her skin shld be v thick 1 la. Some more is fr Cantonese dialect, hoseh ya, luckily not hokkien ar, or else really throw our face leh. Might be an msian too? No choice la, jus nt from JB can le la.


Going to have my diploma in accounting in 3 yrs tym, don reali tink will be gg back to wk as waitress… Wking as an accountant in future, who knows? If I had earlier knw tt such an UNDESIRABLE wking environment it wld be, I wont EVER tink of following wad YP had said to the HR ppl, that she wld wanna wk in F&B line rather than doing admin in the HR department. Maybe… Let’s say maybe… my life would be beta if I were to do admin wk instead? But it’s too late now. Rejection has been accepted and we were put in F&B line instead. WTF... At least wking admin, we might have a feel for future career wk, but now im suffering as a hard labor. Really REGRETFUL for not telling e HR person tt I wld rather go into admin since she had already suggested taking us in. Even tho e pay an hr might be a little lesser, but it wld be beta than they oni nid 1 ppl, n im oways e 1 hu is NOTwking. Still say fair enuf can 1 ppl per shift a day for wkends. But reali seems tt 1 ppl 2 shifts a day is more like it. Don ever fil lk its part tym lor, more lk treating mi as 临时工. 临时工? Might as well quit la, waste my tym. So when I kinda transfer to grassroot club nx tym, if e suitation is still e same, I’ll QUIT!!! Don ever gif them e chance to sack me leh. As if don hab this job will die lk tt. They tink their 8 bucks v BIG ya…

Ya, this coming xmas or xmas eve, don even expect mi do help out, I rather focus on my proj n sacrifice my pay rather than go hlp out those 没有良知的家伙. Aiya, tt YP surely gt wk de la, if can, cos gt mani mah den summo duno tt hu oso 1 jio her. Sekali dint c him den miss ppl liao le la. Haiz :b
