tt day bro came to my sch wif his gang. Cos i wanna him hlp mi do personal selling so ask him cum sch buy earpiece. Walao.. i tot he oni bringin 2 or 3 of his frens n it came out it was a big gang la, lk 8 to 10 ppl lk tt. den he said tt is nt his frens, his xiong di... haha, cos his frens all called him "da ge".. Walao.. den he said his frens shy don dare call mi da jie.. haha... Den in e end came to c chio bu lk tt, den they saw ange oso at cheers, haha. ermm.. so in e end he bot earpiece at fusion.

ok, back to personal selling, i went to valueshop to do my mooncake ps. n it was a bad experience... if it is considered as... which wad im tot. cos there was tis "lady" (i've to be polite, haha), she served mi, but e thing is, she dint finish attending to me n den jumped to e nx customer. so i waited at e counter for bout 2 mins n asked "can i gt back my card?" (cos i paid using nets), n e ans i gt was "WAIT!" (ok, fr wad i intercepted, its lk an unpolite tone la, wif no "pls" in front n oso in a quite offending tone.) den her partner fr e mornin shift (cos tt gal is fr e aftnoon shift), find n give mi back e card, den i asked, if they hab to record e receipt no. on my ps pp, they did. but it was lk... ok, anw.. i tink tts quite a bad experience for mi wif regards to customer service. Summo IM is oways available to serve MSC outlets, when we do e finance n inventory for them. Haiz... Wad will they fil if they ask for sth lk, on hand stk listing n we drsgged on n don hlp them do?? Anw, i don wish to say anymore. cos i don1 them to suffer a bad grade for TEP oso la... cos i heard fr supervisors tt customer service is v impt for ppl handling MSC outlets... But i hope they wont repeat e same mistake agn, cos if e customer is a lecturer or some1 who minds, it will reflect badly on them, n their grade might suffer due to tis. So take care ppl...
